Here at Andrews, we operate a fleet of over 80 8×4 modern Euro 6 32 tonne Tippers. We like to maintain our recognised image in the Tipper industry of operating modernised and up to date vehicles. Our main priorities for doing this is to enable us to provide a professional, safe and efficient service.

We strive to keep our wheels turning and always do our best to keep our fleet updated in this competitive market. Our fleet is made up of mainly Scania & Volvo which are the world´s leading manufacturers of HGV vehicles.

Tipper Hire is ideal for sites which require supply or removal of materials. This usually works best if large diggers or shovel machines which are capable of loading are available on site. Our tippers are fully equipped, and our drivers are always kept up to date with the latest legislation and training.

We can also supply Tipper Hire to large construction sites. We offer a muck away service which can remove thousands of tonnes of material per day. While doing this, we can also supply materials such as Type 1, ballast, building sand, sharp sand, shingle and topsoil.

3 Way Tipper Hire

Andrews introduced its first 32 tonne 3 Way Tipper in 2018 being the very first UK company to offer this service which separates us from the other haulage competitors.

The main difference between a normal Tipper and a 3 Way Tipper is the way the vehicle tips the load it is carrying. We wanted to offer this as an alternative as sometimes certain jobs face height restrictions which make it difficult.

Whilst a normal tipper only tips from the rear, which is sufficient for most jobs, the 3 Way Tipper tips 3 ways, from the rear, nearside and offside. This is an ideal vehicle to use for motorway works as they are a safer alternative and provide more options in height restricted areas for example, tipping under bridges or in tunnels.

We have found this to be an incredibly successful investment and perfect addition for our road haulage contracts. We have gone on to purchase more 3 Way Tippers as they work so well within our fleet.
